JOB DESCRIPTION
n
Achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through acquiring current business & developing existing customers business. Increase product distribution across the territory through a planned approach whilst ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
n
Achieve and over deliver monthly targets
n
Manage and maintain a new business pipeline to expand customer base
n
Achievement of speed to market NPD and Core Range distribution targets
n
Deliver perfect store merchandise excellence within territory to drive impulse purchase
n
Negotiate best in class ROI agreements
n
Partner with Distributors in assigned territory
n
Some overnight travel to regional areas required
n
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
n
Self starter that takes accountability for their territory
n
1-2 years field sales experience
n
Full driver's license
n
SKILLS:
n
Great communication & relationship management skills
n
The ability to problem solve through fair negotiation
n
Territory management
n
A love of ice cream !
