Emergency Rescue Technicians / Fire Safety Officer

Pinnacle Safety & Training, a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO #40496), is seeking motivated Emergency Response Rescue Technicians to join the Emergency Services team for ongoing work across a variety of industries in Victoria. The role involves responding to emergency incidents and performing rescue operations within energetic environments, working effectively as part of an Emergency Response Team while maintaining a high standard of safety, professionalism and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to alarms and emergency incidents
- Perform confined space and vertical rescues
- Firefighting and emergency response
- Participate in regular training and scenario rehearsals
- Promote safety as a core value in all activities
- Foster open communication between contractors, clients, and the wider team

About you

- Current driver's licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Confined Space Rescue competence
- Breathing Apparatus competence




- Working at Heights competency, where required
- Ability to satisfy site-specific medical, drug and alcohol, police clearance and mobilisation requirements

While roots are in supplying Safety Training, the organisation has expanded to deliver a full suite of high-risk support services, including Industrial Rescue, Rescue for Shutdown / Outage works, High-risk work monitoring, Permit Issuing & Gas Testing, Confined Space/Hot Work Sentries, and Audits and Rescue Plan Development.
