We're looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Site Lead who shares that purpose and enjoys being where their leadership can have the greatest impact.

n

This is a unique floating leadership role supporting OSHC services across Sydney. Rather than being based at one service, you'll work across our portfolio, stepping in to provide leadership, guidance and operational support where it's needed most.

n

From supporting teams through periods of change and mentoring emerging leaders, to strengthening quality and compliance and helping establish new services, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Education portfolio.

n

Penshurst will be your administration base, with regular travel across Sydney and surrounding areas. You'll report to the OSHC Regional Manager and work closely with our Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and broader Education team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide trusted leadership and Nominated Supervisor coverage across our OSHC services.
n
- Support and mentor Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and educators to build confident, capable teams.
n
- Step into services requiring additional operational,



workforce or leadership support.
n
- Champion high-quality, child-protected and inclusive service delivery.
n
- Support compliance, continuous improvement and Assessment & Rating preparation.
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, communities and internal stakeholders.
n
- Support service performance, utilisation, budgets and operational planning.
n
- Help establish and mobilise new OSHC services as 3Bridges continues to grow.
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new teams.
n
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the quality and consistency of services across the portfolio.

About You

n

You're a confident and people-focused leader who genuinely cares about creating positive outcomes for children, families and communities.

n

You enjoy developing others, solving problems and bringing stability and direction to different environments. You're comfortable working autonomously, but you also value collaboration and being part of a team working towards a shared purpose.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience within OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
n
- Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
n
- Experience supporting Assessment & Rating, compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
n




- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, Education and Care Services National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
n
- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
n
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
- A current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
n
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
n
- A flexible and proactive approach, with the confidence to step into different services and make a positive impact.
