As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of packers to ensure daily workflow targets are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Pick / Pack Team Leader – Warehouse
Styleprint is a large printing company based in Kilsyth, VIC. We are currently seeking experienced Pick/Pack Team Leaders to join our busy and fast‑paced warehouse team on a full‑time basis.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of packers to ensure daily workflow targets are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Key Duties
Your team will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing Point of Sale (POS) campaigns
- Pre‑collating printed items into campaign sets
- Pre‑collating hardware into sets
- Rolling posters for tube packaging
- Strapping, wrapping and palletising cartons
- Assembling packaging materials including cartons and capping tubes
As the Team Leader, you will ensure:
- Accurate picking and packing in line with pick lists
- Stock quantities and items are correct before dispatch
- Team members are working efficiently and safely
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, along with:
- Proven team leader or supervisory experience
- RF scanning experience
- Robust picking and packing background
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or valid work visa)
Hours & Employment
This is a full‑time position, with standard hours generally between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
