Our client is one of Australia's fastest growing independent integrated communications consultancy's, which is looking to appoint a Senior Account Director or Group Director to join its high performing and highly collaborative team.

n

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney enjoying both beautiful office environment and flexible hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide senior client counsel and further cultivate strong senior client relationships
n
- Lead, create and/or support development and execution of strategically driven integrated communications campaigns
n
- Lead, support, mentor and advise high performing consulting team
n




- Assist in rapid growth by converting on extensive new business leads and develop organic growth of existing business
n
- Assist in general leadership and management of the business.
n

n

You should have:

n

n
- Significant communications/public relations consultancy experience(prerequisite)
n
- Strong understanding, knowledge and extensive networks within the Melbourne and/or Sydney markets
n
- Solid knowledge or demonstrable experience leading integrated communications campaigns for very high profile brands
n
- Strong team leadership skills and experience - proven ability to mentor, lead, advise and develop junior teams
n
- Recognised degree/equivalent qualifications in communications/journalism
n
- Creative and team-oriented approach, and ability to problem solve & develop impactful content / campaigns
n
- Outstanding attention to detail
n
- Strong relationship skills, the ability to consult and advise at senior levels
n
- Hands on approach
n
