We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Dental Receptionist to join our four-chair practice on a full time basis.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities

- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.

- Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints.

- Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.
n
- Records Management:



Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations.
n
- Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.
n
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.

What do you need to succeed ?

n

- Experience as a Dental receptionist-you may have Cert III orIV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
n
- A bright, engagingpersonality, with enthusiasm andcommitment
n
- Ateam player.You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value

- Experience with EXACTis desirable but not required
