Job Description

Estia Health is actively seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver compassionate clinical care in our aged care homes. You will create individualized assessments and care plans, ensuring documentation aligns with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You will lead Personal Care Workers, fostering a holistic, collaborative team approach to resident wellbeing. The role requires a Nursing Diploma with current AHPRA registration, empathy, and solid computer-based documentation skills.
