We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, experienced and motivated Grounds & Property Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full time position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a strong work ethic.

About the Role
The role involves a variety of grounds and property maintenance tasks, including:
- General grounds maintenance and garden care.
- Lawn mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, and weed control.
- Applying horticultural knowledge to maintain healthy gardens and landscapes.
- Operating and maintaining a range of commercial outdoor power equipment and machinery.
- Cleaning gutters using a vaccum suction unit and carrying out work at heights safely.
- Travelling to various work sites, including occasional overnight stays.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
- Possess sound horticultural knowledge.
- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour.
- Be reliable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Be confident using outdoor machinery and willing to learn the maintenance and servicing requirements of equipment.
- Be comfortable working at heights for gutter cleaning and similar tasks.
- Be willing to travel and stay away overnight when required.
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Be willing to undergo and successfully obtain a National Police Check , as our work sites are government facilities where a current police clearance is a requirement.
