We are looking for an experienced and motivatedProperty Investment Manager to join our growing team at one of Victoria’s leading real estate agencies in the thriving city of Geelong.

The Role
As a key member of our rental department, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio while building strong, lasting relationships with rental providers and renters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your property portfolio from day to day
- Monitoring rent arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Building and nurturing robust client relationships
- Liaising with rental providers and renters to ensure properties are managed smoothly and efficiently
- Conducting routine and final inspections
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
- Negotiating bond releases
- Representing rental providers at VCAT, where required
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients.
You will have:
- At least2 years’ experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Victorian real estate market, legislation and compliance requirements
- A currentAgent’s Representative Certificate
- Basic knowledge ofPropertyMe is favourable
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- A valid driver’s licence.
