Tallangatta Health Service is seeking a Health Promotion Officer to improve community health and wellbeing through planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based initiatives. The role focuses on addressing local priorities, building capacity and supporting positive health outcomes across the catchment.

You will work closely with community groups and health services, conducting needs assessments and using data to inform health promotion planning, delivery and evaluation.
