Job Description

YMCA Victoria in Newstead is seeking an operations (lifeguard) team leader to oversee day-to-day pool operations, recruit and train staff, and schedule shifts.

n

You will support plant room operations, ensure aquatic safety protocols, manage incident reporting, and contribute to monthly reporting and invoicing.

n

This is a part time role with an hourly rate up to $33.87 plus super, offering flexible hours and opportunities to develop leadership within a community-focused organisation.
