Supporting a Senior People & Culture Executive and leadership team, this position offers a unique combination of executive support, stakeholder engagement, event coordination and project involvement.

The Role
n
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Group Executive and senior leaders within the People & Culture function. Acting as a trusted business partner, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Complex calendar and diary management for the Group Executive and senior P&C; leaders
n
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and logistics across the team
n
- Act as a key point of contact between senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners
n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
n
- Manage approvals and workflow processes on behalf of the Group Executive
n
- Travel coordination and booking management
n
- Raise purchase orders and assist with budget oversight
n
- Expense management and administration support
n
- Presentation preparation and formatting
n
- General executive and team administration support
n
n
Events & Engagement
n
n
- Major end-of-year celebrations
n
- Seasonal and team engagement events
n
- Learning and development programs
n
- Leadership and People & Culture forums
n
- Employee recognition initiatives
n
- Internal communications and presentations
n
n
