Blackwoods Signage, a trusted provider of industrial, safety, and custom signage solutions across Australia, is looking for a team-first Signmaker to join our Truganina production team.

n

As part of a close-knit and supportive crew, you'll be hands-on in the production process, operating equipment, manufacturing signage, and assisting with warehouse and dispatch tasks.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the craft of signage production and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

n

We're looking for someone who values teamwork, communicates openly, contributes ideas for continuous improvement, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assembling and manufacturing signage to specifications and quality standards
n
- Adhere to production schedules and quality standards
n
- Support pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders
n
- Operating production equipment including CNC routers
n
- Assisting with colour matching, colour profiling, and print quality checks where required
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
n

Our Ideal Candidate will have

n

n
- Experience in signmaking, signage production, fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, printing, or a related environment
n
- Solid hands-on assembly skills and a focus on producing quality work
n
- Experience applying reflective, overlaminate, printable films, or similar materials
n




- The ability to read and follow production drawings, artwork, or work instructions
n
- Values in line with Blackwoods as an organisation
n
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
n
