Our client is a well established, project driven organisation seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to join the business on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the executive team, you will lead the HR function and provide strategic and operational people leadership across a energetic workforce.
This is a hands on leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level in a fast paced setting where workforce demands shift rapidly in line with project requirements.

To be successful, you will bring:
Significant senior HR leadership experience
Previous experience within a civil contractor, construction, infrastructure or project based environment
Strong workforce planning capability within a fluctuating project workforce
Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and industrial relations frameworks




Experience leading and developing HR teams
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Business, or a related discipline
