We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Retirement Living to lead operations across our portfolio of retirement living communities in Queensland and New South Wales.

This is a pivotal, senior leadership chance where you will oversee village operations, support site managers and teams, and ensure an exceptional standard of service for our residents.

n

As the key regional leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing occupancy, and cultivating a culture of operational excellence, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Ability to travel interstate regularly is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Retirement Village Managers across multiple locations.
n
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and adherence to compliance frameworks.
n
- Drive the implementation of cross-site initiatives to enhance resident experience and operational outcomes.
n
- Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our values.
n
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession strategies.
n
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
n
- Act as a key connector between site teams and organisational leadership.
n
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, care, and operations.
n




- Represent the organisation in meetings with resident committees and regulatory bodies.
n
- Drive occupancy across villages to meet or exceed targets (95–100%).
n
- Oversee and contribute to budget planning and financial performance.
n
- Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, streamline operations, and enhance service offerings.
n

About You:

n

- Minimum two years' experience as a Retirement Village Manager or in a senior operational leadership role within the sector.
n
- Proven ability to lead and develop multi-site teams across diverse functions.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving financial and occupancy targets.
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organisation.
n
- In-depth understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and compliance requirements.
n
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across NSW and QLD.
n
- Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and sales strategy implementation.
