Our Laverton North team is seeking a hardworking, reliable and motivated On-Road Service Technician for a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm.

n

You will be part of a fast-growing team of 'renowned super techs' supporting our 'ultimate customer experience' by helping with regular maintenance service and emergency onsite service to our fleet.

n

You will be responsible for the servicing of a leading range of equipment in our Laverton North Workshop, as well as servicing equipment onsite. Responsibilities of this role will also include;

- Maintaining our fleet to manufacturer, company, and Australian standards.
n
- Deliver timely response to emergency breakdowns.
n
- Liaise with our customers on-site.
n
- Maintain and adhere to safety standards and Zero harm focus.
n
- Provide a skilled approach to mechanical solutions and maintenance of equipment.
n
- Ensure timely mechanical repairs and fault findings.
n
- Raise initiatives in our employee initiative program; we value your input to making our processes streamlined or improve with your industry knowledge and every quarter, acknowledge one winner in the employee rewards program.

- Assisting in Workshop duties as required.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this, they will have;

n

n
- Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
n
- Preferably with similar working experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or Mechanical Fitter.
n




- Current and valid Driver's License
n
- OHS Construction Card (White card preferred)
n
- Elevated Work Platform license (highly desirable)
n
- Experience working with Diesel Engines and Hydraulic equipment.
n
- Experienced in servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to equipment including, but not limited to, Elevated Work Platforms - Lighting Towers and Telehandlers.
n
- Willingness to learn new skills - comprehensive training and development
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
n
- Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic ever-changing environment effectively, with minimal supervision.
n
- Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and be self-motivated
n
- Valid VIC Driver's License.
