- Regular hours 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Community Support Workers
n
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery
n
- Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and rostering
n
- Developing and delivering engaging and meaningful programs for clients
n
- Managing incidents, reporting, and compliance requirements
n
- Building positive relationships with clients, families,



and community stakeholders
