Role and Responsibilities:

- Oversee allocated accounts and contracts across Maintenance/Landscape teams
n
- Manage team schedules, performance, training, development and progression.
n
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all sites.
n




- Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery.
n
- Plan and manage all schedules, labour, resources and equipment allocation.
n
- Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews and deliver works across multiple locations.
n
- Monitor contract performance, client feedback and service outcomes.
n
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
n
- Manage contract budgets, including labour, materials and equipment costs.
n
- Resolve client and operational issues promptly and effectively.
n
- Ensure contracts are delivered in line with company standards & client expectations

- Relevant Industry Qualifications or Relevant Experience

- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
n
- National Police Check
n
- Working with Children Check
