Ingenia Lifestyle’s Element site in Port Stephens is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep outdoor spaces inviting for residents and guests. You’ll perform mowing, pruning, planting, pest control, and basic repairs across accommodation and facilities.
Reporting to the Community Manager, you will coordinate contractor work, monitor budgets, conduct WHS checks, and support a friendly, secure workplace. A C Class licence and hands-on maintenance experience are essential.
