Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to support a busy production kitchen preparing and cooking large volumes of meals. The role is based with a well-established inflight catering provider located near the Brisbane Airport, operating in a rapid-paced and team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

n

Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including the "clean as you go" policy.

n

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and follow daily schedules set by management.

n

Monitoring food quality and compliance to ensure all products meet customer expectations and required standards.

n

Supporting the training and supervision of kitchen staff, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with yield testing of products during preparation.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)



is essential

n

Flexible availability across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

n

Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

n

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

n

A reliable, safety-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
