Start your career in agribusiness

n

Over 12 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced agribusiness professionals and build an understanding of the financial and strategic decisions behind successful farming businesses.

n

You'll gain practical client exposure, structured training and mentoring, with opportunities to learn across different areas of the SproutAg business.

What you'll experience

n

Working alongside our Agribusiness Finance team, you'll develop practical experience supporting farming and agribusiness clients, including:

n

n
- Supporting client relationships and day-to-day finance requirements
n
- Assisting with finance applications, financial information and cashflow analysis
n
- Participating in client meetings and on-farm visits
n
- Developing an understanding of lending, credit, risk and compliance
n
- Building relationships across agriculture and the financial services sector

- Learning how to identify and support new business opportunities
n

Throughout the program, you'll receive structured learning and development opportunities, including:

Who we're looking for

n

We're looking for graduates who are motivated to build a long-term career in agribusiness.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness, business, commerce, finance or a related discipline
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Strong communication and analytical skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A genuine interest in agriculture and working with farming businesses
n
