Australasia's leading food company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation based in West Footscray, VIC.

n

This is a key site-based leadership role, responsible for driving quality, food safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the facility.

n

About the role:

n

n
- Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System
n
- Drive food safety, quality and GMP standards across the site
n
- Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits
n
- Lead HACCP, quality reviews, investigations and corrective actions
n
- Identify and manage food safety and quality risks
n
- Develop and deliver site quality plans and improvement initiatives
n
- Work closely with Operations, Production and broader Quality teams
n
- Support NPD and change management from a quality and food safety perspective
n
- Monitor key quality metrics, complaints, waste and non-conformances
n

About you:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline
n




- 3+ years' experience in a Quality Lead/Manager role within FMCG
n
- Solid knowledge of food safety, quality systems and regulatory requirements
n
- Experience managing audits, HACCP, investigations and corrective actions
n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Proven ability to influence site teams and drive continuous improvement
n
