RFM Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on Team Leader to guide and support a team of support workers across our SIL homes on a casual basis. You’ll be the on-the-ground point of contact for your team, ensuring participants receive consistent, high-quality, person-centred support while helping us meet the recent NDIS SIL Practice Standards.

This flexible role suits someone who thrives on variable shifts and values real input into how a home runs day to day.
