n OCAM 4x4 Accessories is a leading Australian aftermarket 4WD and camping accessories brand, with physical stores across the country and a growing e-commerce presence. We're passionate about helping our customers get the most out of their 4x4 adventures, and we're looking for someone just as passionate to join our Prestons store.
n The Role
n We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Store & Warehouse Team Member to join our Prestons team. While this role includes warehouse duties, the primary focus is front of house — you'll be the face of OCAM 4x4 for walk-in customers, helping them find the right gear for their vehicle and their next trip.
n Key Responsibilities
n Front of House (primary focus)

n

n
- Greet and assist customers on the shop floor, providing product knowledge and recommendations
n
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system
n
- Handle customer enquiries, product fitment questions, and basic troubleshooting
n
- Maintain store presentation — shelving, displays, pricing, and cleanliness
n
- Support click-and-collect and in-store pickup customers
n
- Build rapport with regular customers and the local 4x4/camping community
n




- Assist with promotions, in-store events, and product launches
n

n

Warehouse & Stock Support

n

n
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock
n
- Pick and pack orders for in-store sales and click-and-collect
n
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory accuracy
n
- Keep the warehouse and storage areas organised and protected
n
- Support stock transfers between store and warehouse as needed
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Genuine interest in 4WDs, camping, or outdoor/automotive accessories (experience preferred but not essential)
n
- Strong customer service skills — friendly, approachable, and confident talking to customers
n
- Physically capable of warehouse duties (lifting, standing, moving stock)
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
n
- Basic computer/POS skills
n
- Forklift licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
n
