Job Description

EVT Group's Flagstaff Gardens Hotel in Melbourne is hiring an F&B; Operations Manager to shape a ground‐up up-to-date Australian bistro as part of a major refurbishment. You'll be on the floor, leading the team, writing cocktail lists, crafting signature drinks and delivering a vibrant guest experience.

You'll drive revenue, manage stock and labour, plan activations and promotions with the GM, and build a high‐performance culture during a dynamic refurbishment in the CBD.
