Commercial & P&L; Leadership: Take full accountability for operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, and key commercial metrics.

People & Culture Development: Lead from the front to build a high-performing, accountable culture and mentor internal team members.

Business Development: Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities.
