Work Type: Casual Monday to Friday (Day shifts only!)

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced merchandiser with an eye for detail and ready to join our dynamic team? LINCOLN, a proud, family-owned business established in 1994, is looking for a Multiskilled Refit Merchandiser to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Refit/Relay: Execute full bay strip-outs, structural bay builds, and product relays. De-stocking shelves, performing physical shelf adjustments, and assembling steel racking or displays strictly to planogram and retailer standards.

Presentation Standards: Ensure client stock is on display in a clean, saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.

Our ideal candidate possesses:





Planogram Expertise: Proven experience executing planograms is favourable, but full training provided.

Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working within Bunnings is highly preferred, though not essential.

Physical Fitness: Comfort with the physical demands of retail merchandising, refits/relays including moving stock and working up and down ladders.

Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by robust problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
