We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time 2IC Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND (RINGWOOD).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail, and is ready to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping lead the team.

What you'll be doing:
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
n Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear through professional fitting and product recommendations.
n Drive sales through strong product knowledge and confident add-on selling.
n Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.
n Assist in coaching and inspiring the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
n Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness.
n Help oversee store operations during the Store Manager's absence.

A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
n Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership or key holder role.
n Confidence in engaging with customers and building lasting relationships.
n A proactive approach with the ability to lead by example.
n Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
n Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading.
