AquaDuck Plumbing Solutions is a growing, owner-operated plumbing business based in Brisbane's bayside, proudly serving Brisbane and the surrounding regions since 2020. We've built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a steady, loyal base of domestic, commercial and property-management clients — and with our workload growing, including an expanding pipeline of commercial renovations and fit-outs, we're looking to put on 1–2 new plumbers to keep up with demand.

The role

Full-time and permanent. Genuinely varied work — general maintenance and service, bathroom and kitchen renovations, drainage, hot water and gas, property-management callouts, and a growing pipeline of commercial renovations and fit-outs. No two days the same. You'll be trusted to run your own jobs, deal directly with clients and property managers, and take pride in leaving every site clean, compliant and done right.

About you

- Current QBCC (Queensland) plumbing licence — essential. You must already hold a current QLD licence to be considered; we're unable to recognise interstate or overseas licences that have not yet been converted to Queensland.




- Full Australian working rights — we are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
- Current driver's licence.
- Experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — attitude matters most, and we're happy to train the right person and get you across whatever you haven't done yet.
- Reliable, presentable and great with customers.
- Comfortable with job-management tech (we run ServiceM8), or keen to learn.
- Takes pride in tidy, compliant workmanship, and keen to grow with a professional team on the way up.

What we offer

- $45–$55/hr + super, dependent on your qualifications and experience
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate — $1,000 on commencement and $1,000 after 6 months
