We're looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join our established aged care pharmacy servicing residential aged care facilities across Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs. Berwick|NarreWarren|Pakenham|Clyde|Officer | Cranbourne

About the Pharmacy

This is a supply pharmacy supporting a substantial number of residential aged care homes. It operates in a hospital style setting with minimal retail interaction and a structured, clinical workflow.

This is a well-established pharmacy with a strong focus on providing reliable, accurate medication supply to residential aged care facilities.

About the Role

n

Your day will involve a mix of:

n

n
- Dispensing medications for aged care residents
n
- Processing medication orders and changes
n
- Checking prescriptions and medication charts
n
- Checking medication sachets and packed medications
n
- Ensuring medications are supplied accurately and on time
n
- Working closely with pharmacists and technicians
n
- Communicating with aged care facilities regarding medication supply
n
- Supporting the smooth running of the dispensary and packing workflow
n
- Assisting the team wherever needed
n

You'll receive a thorough induction and ongoing support, so you can become confident with our systems and processes.

You'll suit this role if you are:

- A registered pharmacist

- Organised and accurate

- Comfortable with computers and pharmacy software

Aged care or dispensing experience is advantageous, but we're happy to train the right person.

Your Roster

n

The position offers a 4-day week, with:

n

n
- Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm
n
- Alternating Saturday: 9am–5pm
n
- Alternating Sunday: 1pm–5pm
n
- After-hours/on-call approximately every 4th week
n

n

As the team grows, the frequency of after-hours duties will reduce.

n

We're looking for someone flexible who is happy to support the team when required.
