We're expanding our Melbourne field sales team and looking for confident, competitive and outgoing people to join us.

n

This is a face-to-face field role - you'll be out in residential areas speaking with homeowners and booking appointments for our solar & battery specialists.

n

What the role involves:

n

Working outdoors and approaching homeowners face-to-face

n

Working alongside a young, motivated sales team

n

Daily targets and team competitions

n

Full sales training provided - no solar experience required

n





Robust performers can progress into closing/team leader roles

n

Pay: Performance-based - strong performers can earn $1,000-$1,500+ per week.

n

You'll suit this role if you're: confident talking to strangers, competitive, energetic, motivated by money, comfortable working outdoors and happy being on your feet for most of the day.

n

Experience in sales, hospitality, trades, sport, fitness, promotions, fundraising or other people-facing roles is highly regarded.

n

This is NOT an office/customer-service position. It is a face-to-face field sales role.

n

Must be able to travel to Derrimut 3026 in the mornings.
