Position Overview

As our Sales Telemarketer (Customer Contact Person), you'll be the vital first point of contact between TFC and prospective clients. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll manage outbound calling campaigns, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team, playing a central role in the ongoing growth and performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses using campaign-specific strategies and scripts.
- Introduce TFC's products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Book qualified sales appointments for the Business Development team.
- Manage and prioritise follow-up opportunities and call-backs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information within the CRM.
- Provide introductory and follow-up information to prospects via email.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure opportunities are appropriately followed through.
- Monitor and manage your own performance against agreed objectives.




- Provide regular feedback on market responses, customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Represent TFC professionally in all interactions with prospective and existing clients.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales campaigns, processes and customer engagement.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, business development or a call centre setting is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
