Sureway Employment and Training – Wodonga VIC

Sureway is a national organisation helping people find work, build skills, and improve their lives across six states. We are hiring a Student Support Officer for our Skills & Training team in Wodonga.

This role sits within our training operations, supporting learners and the colleagues who work with them day to day. If you have the admin strengths, this one will feel very familiar, just with a different group of people behind it.

The role is about keeping things running with precision, care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people.

What You Will Do

Provide timely, accurate administrative support across the team's programs and activities

Support learners and colleagues through enrolment and pre-enrolment activities

Monitor client progress and follow up with clients who need it

Keep records and systems updated with meticulous attention to detail, including certificates, statements of attainment, and results

Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive experience for clients and colleagues

Assist with service delivery, events and projects

Handle a mix of routine and non-routine enquiries

Manage competing priorities with ease

This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is driven to close the loop on tasks.

Experience with an LMS and/or RTO workplace is a bonus, but not essential
