About the Role

As our Accounts Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day billing activities for a portfolio of clients.

From reviewing dockets and preparing invoices to resolving client queries and maintaining accurate billing records, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our revenue processes run smoothly and efficiently.





This role would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

As our Accounts Officer, you will:

Prepare and process daily client invoicing.

Manage monthly billing and invoicing deadlines.

Review and validate client dockets for accuracy before invoicing.

Maintain accurate billing records and client account information.

Work across client portals and third-party software platforms.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.

Support finance administration and ad hoc accounts tasks as required.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the billing function.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an Accounts, Billing, Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration position.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

The ability to work effectively within a team while managing your own workload.
