Key Responsibilities:
Proactively drive day-to-day sales activity, from first enquiry through to delivery handover.
Demonstrate your ability to build consistent results in a fast-paced environment and develop strategies to grow your own sales pipeline.
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring customer service is the number 1 priority.
Use your extensive background in sales and customer service to convert enquiries, follow up leads, and build lasting client relationships.
Continuously identify opportunities to grow market share and elevate customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
Proven sales experience within the Caravan and RV industry, boating or automotive.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret sales figures, margins and reporting.
Proven ability in achieving sales targets and KPI's.
Thorough knowledge of Caravan and RV products and the retail sales process.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team.
