We're looking for a Registered Surveyor in QLD who wants to run a team, not just a job list.

Realserve has been surveying Australia's biggest property portfolios since 2001. Our Brisbane team is growing and we want an experienced cadastral surveyor to lead it — technically strong, positive with clients, and genuinely interested in bringing people up.

What you'd own

n

- Cadastral delivery across lease plans, subdivisions, identification surveys and built-environment projects
n
- A small team of surveyors and field staff — day-to-day leadership, mentoring, quality
n
- Client and consultant relationships that drive repeat work in QLD
n
- Technical standards and compliance (Surveyors Act 2003 / Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003, Cadastral Survey Requirements)
n
- Input into how we work: systems, workflows, capability
n

What you bring

- Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland — cadastral endorsement, or on the pathway to it
n
- Tertiary surveying qualification and solid field experience
n
- Comfort leading people and talking to clients
n
- Current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian work rights
n
