Bespoke Kitchens is looking for an experienced, fully qualified Cabinetmaker to join our growing team.

n

We aren't looking for someone who simply turns up and gets through the day. We're looking for a quality tradesperson who knows the industry, takes pride in their work and is capable of taking responsibility for jobs and helping lead a small team.

n

THE ROLE

n

This is a varied, hands‐on position covering both factory manufacturing and on‐site installation of quality custom kitchens and joinery.

n

You'll be involved in jobs from production through to installation and will have the opportunity to take a leading role within our factory team.

n

Your day‐to‐day work will include:

n

- Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry
n
- Reading and interpreting plans accurately
n
- Factory production and problem‐solving
n
- Quality control
n
- On‐site installation and fit‐off
n
- Organising workflow and helping lead a small team
n
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Is a fully qualified Cabinetmaker
n
- Has strong hands‐on industry experience
n
- Can confidently work independently
n
- Has the ability to lead and organise a small team
n
- Takes pride in producing quality work
n




- Has excellent attention to detail
n
- Is reliable, organised and efficient
n
- Is comfortable working both in the factory and on site
n
- Is an Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted working rights
n

n

CABINETMAKING SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

n

Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinetmaking software would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

n

We're primarily looking for a great cabinetmaker with strong practical skills, experience and the right attitude.

n

Experience with CNC machinery and modern automated cabinetmaking equipment will also be highly regarded.
