Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment and want to be part of a friendly, community‐based Club, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Delivering exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, bistro and café areas
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
n
- Cash handling and POS operation
n
- Bar and table service
n
- Food handling and service
n
- Maintaining the Club's presentation and service standards
n

n

Licensing & Experience

n

RSA and RSG (Victoria) are essential, or a willingness to obtain them. Experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service is highly regarded.

- Previous hospitality or gaming experience preferred

- Availability across weekends and evenings

Presentation Expectations
