The position will be a full time temporary assignment - HR Admin role, supporting the business across day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and general office management.

Given the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who is experienced and confident working relatively independently and can step into an established HR function with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities will include:
n

- Managing day-to-day HR queries and employee matters
n
- Recruitment coordination and liaison with recruitment agencies
n
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation
n
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
n
- Probation reviews and associated documentation
n
- Leave and attendance management
n
- Supporting managers with performance and employee relations matters
n
- Maintaining employee records,
HR trackers and personnel files
n
- Preparing HR correspondence and file notes
n
- Coordinating training and compliance requirements
n
- Supporting HR policies and internal processes
n
- General office management and administrative oversight
n
- Liaising with managers and Directors on HR and operational matters
n
n
We are ideally looking for someone with generalist HR experience, excellent written communication and documentation skills, and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Ideally, we would like to commence interviews shortly to allow sufficient time for selection and handover prior to 1 October.
