About the Role

n

Role to cover ideally Wednesday to Sunday. A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – being a Clinical Care Coordinator is all about how you make people feel.

- Driving a continuous improvement culture
n
- Acting as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
n
- Focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
n
- Care planning in line with new standards
n
- Taking pride in your clinical documentation management skills
n

n

You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home.

n

You'll also have:

n

n
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
n
- Leadership experience in clinical care
n
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
n
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
n
