The Role:
- Providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support
- Managing correspondence flow, documentation and regulatory compliance administration
- Coordinating client appointments, schedules and diary management
- Handling data entry, word processing and document preparation
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance information
- Supporting Directors and broader team operations with high-level administration
- Managing competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a professional accounting office
About You:
- Previous administration, executive assistant or office support experience
- Strong computer literacy and confidence across office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation ability
- Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing confidential information within a professional services environment
- Experience within accounting or professional services advantageous but not essential
