Barwon Health is seeking a Community Welfare Development Worker to support Colac and Otway communities following the 2026 bushfires. You will lead community engagement, mental health promotion and awareness activities to strengthen resilience and access to services.

In a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate partnerships, events and communications, tailor messages for diverse groups, and contribute to program planning, delivery and evaluation in bushfire recovery.
