Pearsons Florist is looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our busy Design Studio in Stanmore.

This is a hands‐on floristry role creating Pearsons' signature bouquets and arrangements, as well as bespoke orders, corporate florals and funeral work.

We'll take care of the tricky stuff, flower buying, market runs, sundries and deliveries, so you can focus on what you do best: creating beautiful floristry.

Our Stanmore Design Studio is a busy, creative environment producing the beautiful work Pearsons is known for. Monday–Saturday, 6am–3pm, with a rotating roster.

What you'll do

- Create Pearsons' signature bouquets and floral arrangements
n
- Produce bespoke, corporate, event and funeral florals
n
- Work with fresh flowers and premium plants
n
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and design
n
- Work efficiently in a busy production environment
n
- Contribute creativity and ideas to the Design Studio
n
- Work alongside an experienced team of florists
n

About you

n

- Formal floristry training or equivalent practical experience
n
- Previous qualified floristry experience
n
- Confident with production floristry and a range of floral designs
n
- Strong eye for colour, form and detail
n
- Efficient, reliable and well organised
n
- Takes pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work
n
- Positive and team-focused
n
