Job Description

Thrift Emporium Shops, supporting UnitingCare, invites a Retail Supervisor to join our brand recent Capalaba store. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving store performance.

You will manage all aspects of retail operations, oversee pricing, merchandising and promotions, and coach team members to meet sales targets. This role offers $30.66 p/hr, super, NFP salary packaging and a commission program for high performers.
