Your Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Produce full monthly management accounts, insightful reporting and supporting analysis
n




- Own the balance sheetincluding fixed asset register and monthly reconciliations
n
- Partner with Senior Management and wider finance teams, providing analysis and reporting versus forecast
n
- Present clear, concise financial data to stakeholders at all levels
n
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory accounts and group reporting
n
- Act as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth year-end and audit process
n
- Support corporate tax submissions and other statutory returns
n
- Contribute to annual planning and reforecasting activities
n
- Drive improvements and automation across processes
n
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team to enhance capability
n

What You'll Bring

- Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
n
- Robust experience producing management accounts and supporting analysis
n
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detailConfident working in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to challenge and influence
