Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated QLD team, servicing the Hervey Bay region.

Your Role May Involve:
n

- Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
n
- Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
n
- Offering social support and transport for appointments, shopping, and community outings
n
- Helping customers safely use mobility aids and equipment (e.g., hoists, walkers, wheelchairs)
n
- Supporting clients with complex or challenging care needs
n
- Monitoring customer well-being and reporting any changes or concerns
n
- Attending staff meetings and participating in required training sessions
n
n
What You'll Need:
n
n
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care (preferred)
n
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if applicable)
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Valid Federal Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
n
- Smartphone with internet access
n
