Financial Administration Assistant – Part-Time

The Riverina Conservatorium of Music (RCM) is a vibrant, community-focused music education organisation supporting students of all ages and abilities across the Riverina region.

n

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Administration Assistant to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Process accounts payable, receivable and outstanding account follow-up
n
- Complete bank reconciliations and assist with BAS, payroll and superannuation
n
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
n
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial and employee records
n
- Provide general finance and administrative support
n

n

About You

n

You will be organised, proactive and accurate, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

n

Essential:

n

n




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Sound computer skills, including Excel or similar
n
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or similar
n
- Strong time management and professional communication skills
n

n

Desirable:

n

n
- Bookkeeping or accounting qualification
n
- Experience with BAS, payroll, superannuation or debt collection
n

n

The position is paid in accordance with the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020, commencing at Level 3.
