About the role:

Initially Part time

- Providing efficient admin and reception support for our practitioners
n
- Representing our business and our team
n
- Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries and directing calls appropriately
n
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
n
- Patient invoicing and payments
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and database
n
- Handling medical correspondence and filing
n
- Assisting with general office duties and administration tasks
n
n
