At Vail Resorts Australia , we're transforming Hospitality Experience across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham , and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help shape the future.

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager - Perisher, you'll join the Australian Leadership Team and lead one of Australia's largest and most diverse hospitality portfolios, spanning Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Retail and Equipment Rental operations across our three mountain resorts.

This is an opportunity to influence strategy, lead large-scale transformation and create experiences that guests remember long after they leave the mountain.

What You'll Lead

- Lead the curation and execution of apres experiences across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.
- Drive commercial performance, operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Transform our Food & Beverage offering while strengthening the broader hospitality experience.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and develop future talent.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities and long-term growth.

What You'll Bring





- Senior leadership experience in complex, customer-focused operations.
- Solid commercial acumen with end-to-end P&L; accountability.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, ideally in hospitality, tourism, resorts, leisure, cruise or related industries.
- A track record of delivering transformation through people, culture and operational excellence.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest and employee experiences.
