Job Description

DGL Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Carole Park, QLD site. You will ensure safe, efficient production that meets customer standards while driving continuous improvement across planning, quality and cost control.

You will lead production teams, promote a robust safety culture and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-performance results through Lean, GMP and 5S practices.
